Sorry, but BaiuKai is not a font you as a user download to the iPad. It's not possible for a user to install any fonts the iPad does not already include. What that article actually says is that apps can be written to support those extra fonts; apps do not do so by default. It's something the developer of the app has to include. If Keynote doesn't already support the BiauKai font, you cannot use it.

As to other apps that might support that font, there won't be any way to search for it, per se, unless the developer happens to mention such support in their app description. You'll probably have to find an app you are interested in and then contact the developer and ask.
